I believe that district and school leaders hold the key to moving Georgia’s schools forward. Those leaders who work strategically with faculty and staff to continue to learn and grow will achieve greatness in service to our children.

After more than three decades of service to Georgia’s public schools, I continue to grow as a member of the GLISI team. My work with GLISI has refined the knowledge I gained as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and superintendent. The difference that GLISI has made to those districts that embrace the work brings me great hope and joy that only veteran educators can understand.
