Education leaders are critical to student achievement, teacher effectiveness, and the success of our public education system. I believe leaders have the greatest influence on the quality of a school or district, and I believe effective school leaders create successful schools. GLISI’s support and training for school and district leaders provides the processes, knowledge, and skills needed to develop high quality leaders throughout our state.

As a performance consultant for the North, Northwest, and West Georgia RESA districts, I use my knowledge of school improvement to provide assistance and support to education leaders in my region of the state. My experience at the school, RESA, and state level has given me a unique perspective of leadership best practices in very diverse districts throughout our state. Helping educational leaders plan for, successfully implement, and monitor school improvement initiatives is my passion. Through my work with GLISI, I am privileged to work with, learn from, and provide support to education leaders in our state.
