I believe that educating students is a group effort and leaders do make a difference. I believe that success comes from an environment where all stakeholders can grow and share their knowledge and expertise. Leaders create positive change and I believe GLISI enables leaders to demand higher expectations, to build their staff, and to develop solutions that will lead to high performance in schools and in students. As the office manager, I bring over 20 years of administrative experience. Bringing efficiency and knowledge to the central office of the organization allows others to directly touch GLISI’s clients and focus on creating ideas that will increase leadership capacity and student achievement. I take pride in knowing that effectively doing my job allows others to do their roles. This system of teamwork is what makes GLISI successful.
