I believe in the ancient proverb it takes a village to raise a child. I believe the district, community, parents and education leaders are equal stakeholders in the education process. They must share a common vision that all students can learn at higher levels. It is a privilege to work in an organization that is dedicated to student success and improving education as a whole.

As a part of the GLISI team, I use my years of administrative experience to support the great talents that serve as Performance Consultants, Performance Managers and Executive Directors. Working at GLISI has been an invaluable lesson in learning the importance of a good education. Each day I have the opportunity to be a part of a team of dedicated individuals whose goal is to bring quality education to students.
