I believe the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement provides these leaders the tools and services necessary to lead and close the gap between knowing and doing.

My passion is working with education leaders to help identify the skills and tools necessary for them to form high performing teams with expertise in the 8 Roles of School Leaders. I bring to the GLISI team my love of teaching and my joy in watching new leaders build capacity within their own buildings to accelerate school improvement and insure positive performance and success for all!
