I believe that effective leadership brings positive change. Being a part of GLISI has awakened my awareness to the changes needed in our education system and GLISI’s role in supporting the necessary changes. Leadership is one key element to success. GLISI has the tools and resources to support and grow effective leadership in our schools and communities.

As part of the GLISI team, I bring expertise in supporting the organization with the programs that we have to offer. My background is with the corporate sector as well as nine years of higher education experience. During the time I’ve been a Program Coordinator at GLISI, I have developed a greater understanding of our LPPC (Leadership Preparation for Performance Coaching) and Rising Stars initiatives, so that I am able to assist our participants in a professional manner with excellent customer service. I look forward to continuing this support for many years to come.
