I believe that aligned educational leadership combined with standards-based instructional practices can assure that all districts, schools and most importantly children meet or exceed state, national, and international standards. I believe that our economy is directly tied to the education and post-secondary preparedness of our students. And, I believe that public education is the only vehicle that can assure that all children can become happy, health, wealthy and active members of our global community. As a member of the GLISI team, I bring over 30 years of public education experience. A very large portion of this experience has been in preparing teacher and administrative leaders to lead small and large scale change. This includes nearly ten years guiding leaders to implement standards-based instructional practices to improve teaching and learning for all. Perhaps most important, I bring a deep commitment to provide the best available educational thoughts, services and on-going support to the schools and districts that I have a pleasure to serve.
